Your purchase
Hue Report is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription. You buy a report, you keep your report. If you are not happy with your report, contact us within fourteen days and we will make it right.
Personal use
Your report is for personal use. It is a guide, not a prescription, and it is not medical advice. Your colors, your choices.
Honest limits
Our analysis is a careful read of one photograph. It is not infallible. We try very hard to get it right; we will refund or re-run a report at our discretion if you tell us we missed.
What we don’t promise
- We make no medical, dermatological, or therapeutic claims.
- We are not liable for outfit choices made on the basis of a Hue Report.
- Try-on images are illustrative; actual fabric, lighting, and styling will vary.
Intellectual property
The Hue Report wordmark, the report layouts, and the generated palettes are ours. Your photograph and the generated images that include your likeness are yours.
