Hue Report is built on a simple promise: your photograph belongs to you. We hold it only long enough to read it, generate your report, and then we delete it. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and what we do not do.
Your photograph
When you upload a photo, it is stored in a private, encrypted bucket and used exactly once: to generate your personal analysis. After your report is generated, your original photograph is automatically deleted from our servers within ten minutes.
- We do not sell, share, or license your photograph.
- We do not use your photograph to train any AI model.
- We do not retain your photograph after deletion, period.
The generated try-on images that make up your report (your face shown in different colors, hairstyles, or frames) are kept for as long as you keep your account, because they are the deliverable you paid for. You can request their deletion at any time.
Your email
We use your email address to deliver your report, send a sign-in link, and send a one-time receipt. With your consent we may also send the occasional update — never more than once a month, and you can unsubscribe with one click.
Your payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers. We store only a Stripe payment reference so we can match your report to your receipt.
Cookies and analytics
We use a Meta Pixel and PostHog to understand how visitors find us and whether the site is working. Both can be disabled with any ad-blocking browser extension; doing so does not affect your ability to use the product.
Data deletion
Email support@huereport.com and we’ll erase your account, all reports, and all generated images within 24 hours.
